About the Author
Penelope was born in Manhattan, New York, and now lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee. A mother of three girls, a guardian of six, and having a degree in infant and child care from Saint Mary’s Hospital for Children, she has a broad knowledge of how to interact and engage with children. As a member of the Untied States Marine Corps, she traveled the world. All of these experinces led to her writing easy-to-read learning books for children and adults.
